The Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE) has outlined instructions for out-of-state Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) Lead Agencies to request a Child Care Criminal Background Check (CCCBC) for a former Louisiana resident. The following CCCBC components are required for individuals that resided in Louisiana within the last five years:
- The Louisiana criminal repository
- Louisiana Sex Offender and Child Predator Registry
- Louisiana Child Abuse and Neglect Registry
