Instructions for Out-of-State Child Care CBC Request for Former Louisiana Residents

 

The Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE) has outlined instructions for out-of-state Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) Lead Agencies to request a Child Care Criminal Background Check (CCCBC) for a former Louisiana resident. The following CCCBC components are required for individuals that resided in Louisiana within the last five years:

  • The Louisiana criminal repository
  • Louisiana Sex Offender and Child Predator Registry
  • Louisiana Child Abuse and Neglect Registry
